From the CD Cover, most b'ful, blissful moment. DEVAKI: The Heavens Praise Mother Devaki. Sitting alone in a jail cell, Devaki awaits the birth if her last child in fear. She is in secluded meditation. Her brother who has taken and killed all her other children, anxiously awaits this delivery. He has her guarded on all sides. With fear in her heart, the darkest part of the night approaches (nishite tama udbhute). Carrying the Lord in her womb Devaki is glowing with light, thus creating a brilliant glow around the jail cell. Suddenly the heavens open with singing angels (gandarvas) while saints and gods come down to worship her and relieve her fear. The heavens shower melodious singing notes around her, describing with joy the beauty of this woman. She is the same worshipable category as the Lord himself (devakyam deva rupinyam) they sing, for she holds the Lord within her. Rose petals rain down from the heavens, while the ocean and wind take part in the decorating sounds. The earth awakens with music, as the joy of Krsna's birth takes place on this holy night. Beautiful and soulful hommage to Devaki, mother of Krishna. She suffered so much to give birth to an Avatar, and she never evensaw him until he was much older and rescued her and his father from the prison. Most of the pictures here are of Yashoda, who raised him. My name is Devaki ( given by Sri Chinmoy ), and I cherish those spiritual qualities of love and devotion to the Supreme! Thanks for posting. It gives me a lot of inspiration!
Great that you have such a beautiful name. The beauty of the transcendental love of mother Devaki as with other personal associates and devotees of the Supreme personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna who is the source of all incarnations, is that they can go to any length to serve Him in any possible way. This is the topmost perfection in yoga according to Bhagwad Gita and other Vedic scriptures, exemplified by great mahatmas and acharyas in their life. The goal of life is to revive this eternal loving relationship with Krishna dormant in the heart of all living entities who are part and parcel of Krishna.
@@lolvivo8783 I'm a bit late but hope you can still respond (want to). Isn't Krishna the incarnation of Vishnu? I agree, he is (to me at least) the most loveable avatars of Vishnu but still just that, an avatar. So isn't the goal to revive the eternal loving relationship with Vishnu?

As Vedas describing. If Shastras mentioning Krishna is the Supreme Lord i.e. Brahman, Paramatma & Bhagawan then how can he is the Avatar of Vishnu. Secondly, Vishnu is of three types as per shastras. A)Maha-Vishnu or Karanodakshayi Vishnu. Who resides on Karan Sagar or Causal ocean and the reason for creation of unlimited universes B) Garbhodakashayi Vishnu enters each universe personally and creates all the planetary systems, and C) Ksirodakashayi Vishnu lying on Kshir Sagar enters within each and every Sthavar and Jangam elements, seeds Atma within and reside as the Paramatma within Atma. Krishna is not directly involved in creation, sustainability and destruction. Though Shastras mentioning him as the basis of Maha Vishnu or Maha Vishnu is the planery portion of Krishna. If God is one (1) the supreme and Vishnu is of 3 types (2) and Maha Vishnu (highest order in Vishnu ranking) is a planery portion of Krishna (3) then how come Krishna is an Avatar of Vishnu and not Vishnu as an expansion of Swayam Bhagawan Krishna? Bam ! 2+2=4. Yes, you are correct. Krishna is the source. Purusha, Bhagawan, Lord of Shakti/Maya/Prakriti/Nature and Vishnus are expansions of Krishna having ranks as per their tasks. Read shastras, don't spread falsehood, don't believe in falsehood. Hare Krishna ❤️
